The coffee and the food have both been burnt. Typically, I mobile order and sometimes do not realize my coffee is completely undrinkable until pulling away. I will not be wasting any more money at this Dunkin until they figure out why their ice coffee is so gross and burnt, especially on the weekends.

Went to place a mobile order and it states they aren’t accepting mobile orders yet but come in and try the new nitro on tap. Get there and the doors are locked shot. Staff inside behind the counter like they are working and a girl motions not open. The actual Dunkin website states they are still closed. SO ANNOYING!!! Can someone get this right?? It’s a 1star for me. Not a good way to start off a reopening!!! Done in my book.
