- EDEmily D4 days ago2.0Stopped at this dunkin on my way home today 11/20 around 3pm. No line no cars in the parking lot. Pull into the drive through and the staff member was very short and somewhat rude but when I got to the window I had handed her my card and never once got the total for my drink or any greeting not even a word she handed me my drink, i thanked her not a word back she gave me my card and i said have a nice day and again not a word just a dirty look and a slam of the drive through window. On top of the bad interaction they made my coffee with cream instead almond milk which messed up my stomach. This place is probably the worst dunkin I’ve been to.

Blonde lady looked right at me and continued to put stuff in the oven. Waited a minute longer said hello again her statement be there in a minute a continued to do what she was doin. Was in the facility for 5 minutes, no greeting just ignored. Left without any service.

There were 3 workers and a long line of cars which is normal for this location. The girl at the register was overwhelmed and the woman handling the orders as a whole was at best barely handling every order in rush mode. The third worker popped in and out, I saw her once in my 15 minutes, got my coffee and headed out
