  Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! Placed an online order for pickup this evening 04/27/2026. The order was for 1 item. I recieved 2 conflicting emails from Giant. 1 email stated the order was ready for pickup. The other email at the exact same time said I had not been charged and an item was out of stock (I only purchased 1 item). Yet, the online order screen on Giant.com said it was ready for pickup. I called a little after 8pm this evening. It took 4 different calls and I had to speak to 5 different people in order to seek GUIDANCE and be CONNECTED with someone that could UNDERSTAND the nature of my call. And my concern as a CUSTOMER.   Just want to bring a step up the lovely casher from Giant, Wynnewood- Uneeda. She is always smiling, helpful, ready to go above and beyond for her customers. If I have to shop to Giant, I alway look to check out with Uneeda. I hope the management is aware about its gem employees. If you have an employee of the month scheme or an opportunity for an upgrade, please have Uneeda on the top list. On other note, I have noticed several times that the restrooms are very clean.   Decent inventory and friendly people. It bothers me that the deli turns the order ahead option off while busy

  neutral store; neutral opinion but do y’all close at 11pm (as stated here on Google Maps) or 10pm? i’m getting stares of frustration when i come in at 10pm.

  This Giant is constantly out of most things. This is the Giant closest to my house and I have never shopped here and found most of the things that I was there for. It's infuriating. God help you if you place a Giant Direct order. They won't tell you they're out of what you ordered until you get there and the substitutions, if they make any at all, are comically unhelpful. I've placed a Giant Direct order there, only to show up to be told they cancelled my order because they don't have anything I ordered. Staff are rude but that's probably because they're chronically understaffed. I don't blame the staff for that.
