Went for dinner on 11/13/25. Food was good, but really bad customer service. Workers were more interested in chatting with each other than preparing food and checking me out. It is also very difficult to pick up food when ordered through the app. Will probably not return to this location.

The most inefficient type of order preparation. When you make an order you need to wait for the whole batch of orders of 20 people as they can not prepare and give it to you once the order is ready. Make sure you have more than one hour time for the orders

The same lady that yall see in the picture here was saying how much she would not recommend but came back as yall see in the third picture today and harassed the same manager and Also Ordered Food And Paid. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most unprofessional restaurant experience I have ever had. Before I was even served, I watched two female employees get into a heated argument with the customers ahead of me. Their behavior was loud, hostile, and completely inappropriate for employees on the clock. It was clear they were already looking for trouble.
After I paid for my food and went to fill my cup at the fountain machine, the same two employees turned their attention to me. They started verbally harassing me for no reason at all. Things quickly escalated, and shockingly, both of them came from behind the counter, put their hands on me, and physically hit me.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Employees should never, under any circumstances, be arguing with customers—let alone putting their hands on them. The fact that these two caused problems with multiple guests in such a short time shows that this location has a serious issue with unprofessional and troublesome staff.
I left shaken, disgusted, and angry. No paying customer should ever have to go through this kind of treatment. I strongly urge corporate management to investigate this incident immediately and take action against these employees. Until then, I would warn anyone considering visiting this location to think twice about their safety and well-being.

This location was extremely busy when I went and I noticed they needed a minute to ring up the customers. I wasn't in a rush so I told the nice lady to go ahead and ring up the people that was waiting. She was so thankful that I was patient and able to wait for someone to come over and help. Employees like het makes me want to visit again.
