  I was coming here to leave a lovely review and am so shocked by the other ones! Every time I’ve came to this chipotle the people serving me have been nothing but kind. I drive further to come to this chipotle because the food is actually good. And fresh. It’s also ALWAYS clean when I come here. So thank you to the people who work at this chipotle. I actually feel cared for when I show up here compared to other chipotles in the surrounding areas.

  Server was rude, they need to know what is the measure of a scoop is not 1/2 scoop for the customer and 1/2 back in their container and want to charge customer the full scoop. give me the full scoop will never visit this location again 😒 the also need to use mask talking 👄 over food is not healthy

  If I could give zeros stars I would . They give you the smallest portions of meat. I came in 2/28/26 to get a bowl and they were out of brown rice and white rice ! Who runs out of rice ?

  I watched as the man working the pickup area yesterday be super rude to all the customers picking up orders. He just ignored customers as they were asking questions as if they were invisible. It was so rude, made me not even want my order.

  I placed a pick-up for a burrito bowl at 9:30 for my order to be ready at 9:50. I arrive at 9:52, I stand for a few minutes waiting to be helped and workers are side-eyeing me and another customer without greeting us. I left at 9:58 because my bus arrived at 10:00. I contacted customer support and got a refund due to the lack of service. I am Gen-Z, and didn’t believe this was a thing, but this store is full of Gen-Z stares… with no training on customer service.
