As an employee behind the counter you NEVER argue with a customer to the point where the whole restaurant is watching, especially with a woman with child. "THERE'S NO CHICKEN FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTTES" could be an acceptable statement sometimes. But when the reason for that is "because we don't have a dishwasher." THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Turned out to be more like 20 minutes. Where was Mgt during all this? Your guess is as good as mines. Thought I was in a Tiktok video. You won't see my face OR money in there again.
