- KJKevin JMar 28, 20263.0They forgot the one item I went to the restaurant for, I had to drive all the way back just to get it. The more you go to these establishments the more you get disappointed. I think it’s best to visit only ever so often because the chik-Fil-a used to be the one chain where you were guaranteed good customer service and food, not anymore. It’s a hit or miss nowadays in my opinion.
