  1. This experience reflects poor management standards. Despite it not being close to closing time, cleaning staff were sweeping continuously while customers were dining, generating noticeable dust. This is unhygienic, inconsiderate, and unacceptable in a dining environment. 2. There were numerous unsupervised children loudly talking, running, and playing throughout the restaurant. This is not an entertainment venue but a place for dining. Such behavior seriously interfered with other guests’ experience, yet the manager did nothing to address the situation!

  one (or more?) of the employees fully crashed out on shift yesterday, which would have been fine had my wife and i not been waiting an entire 45 min for us to get our food. we at least got our drinks within the first 5-10 min of ordering. i couldn't really hear what the yelling was about but afterward it was pretty silent, "let's just bust out these orders" type vibes. we would have asked about it sooner than the 45 min mark but it was late at night and we had just smoked and we didn't really want to be yelled at (seemed likely). when we finally got our food it was lowkey the best taco bell we ever had though so do with that what you will i suppose

  The food quality is mostly consistent which I appreciate since I visit fairly often.
