The Giant food store located here in the saylorsburg/Poconos area is over priced. Plus the fact, people are not so friendly. Although yesterday, while shopping at the East Stroudsburg location I received a free turkey on my recipe. So I went to the customer service to inquire about how that works, the lady behind the counter was rude! She was a tall black woman, I never seen before. I pretty much know everyone working there, all are polite and helpful for the most part. But this one lady had a smug attitude! It's okay, because everyone else there makes up for the lack of response, you get from one person. So I'll be back to get my Free turkey for Thanksgiving!

Great young man who truly knows how to interact with the consumer on all levels. 💪

I pick up my order more than one thing is ALWAYS wrong. Today I received the wrong milk, the garlic was all starting to rot and I was given the wrong cheese. Even when I have specified things to use as substitutes I am still ignored. Why offer a service if the people they have providing the service don’t do the job correctly, throughly or even with some ounce of care? It’s literally their job to shop for what is on the list submitted! It’s sad as well because I know this review won’t be taken seriously. It’s just so frustrating getting home and unpacking the wrong things. Over and over again.
