Coffee never hot and they get away with it. Same owner seems to own the closest other site in Willow Grove and that equally sucks. I have no idea how the get away with it. Just plain pitiful. Avoid at all cost.

The guy at the window made me cry and feel bad for ordering from the parking lot. His tone was mean when he told me not to do that again. I waited a full min parked before going to the speaker. He told me I was rushing him. How is it different than ordering at the speaker? I'm giving more time than if i had ordered at the speaker?? Again, for ONE small coffee and no other customers around. Never going to that location again.
