  If this is the Dunkin on Easton road & Edgehill I want to commend the heavy set either Asian or Latina employee who wears glasses...I went in there on January 26 about 2pm the day after the snow storm & she was the only employee behind the counter, taking orders, preparing the food & getting the coffee...myself & all the customers marveled at her.. she deserves a bonus...I've never seen that occur before, especially in a store that is so busy most of the time

  Absolutely the rudest personnel I have ever dealt with. I asked for my order to be repeated at the drive thru because what was on the screen didn't match my order. The person on taking the order literally said "Are you kidding me?" and then proceeded in a terrible manner read my order back, asking if I thought they were stupid in a snarky manner. Then proceeded to continue the argument at the window. I promptly drove away without my order or paying and went to another location. Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts location. Shameful.

  They are overpriced and charge a flat rate. Example: I ordered a croissant and frozen coffee and I was charged $10. I got to neighboring DD and what w get is $7-$8 and change. They have done this before and I ordered a few things and my payment was $20. They are rounding prices up. This was my last time there. I am not going back. I would rather go further away to Moreland Rs or Warrington. They have excellent service and prices!!!
