- AAAkiraTDec 24, 20251.0They are overpriced and charge a flat rate. Example: I ordered a croissant and frozen coffee and I was charged $10. I got to neighboring DD and what w get is $7-$8 and change. They have done this before and I ordered a few things and my payment was $20. They are rounding prices up. This was my last time there. I am not going back. I would rather go further away to Moreland Rs or Warrington. They have excellent service and prices!!!

I waited for at least 7 mins before I finally asked if I can order. The employee rolled her eyes and said they were busy and I can order on the kiosk. I said you’re just cleaning? She said no we are busy. I said so I can’t order? I then got approached but another rude employee saying “what do you need?” Where at that point I left. They clearly don’t want business or to help customers.

I said it’s not 8 o’clock are you close and they said yes. I find it very unprofessional to have a sign on your door that says you close at 8 PM yet your employees are prepping to leave 20 minutes early. I go to Dunkin every day and this is the only store that I know that decides to stop taking orders 20 minutes before they actually close this needs to be reported and handled. I saw two cars after me get refused service. Also the employees can leave at 8 PM. It’s not about you. It’s about the customers
