They should be ashamed to send that to a customer. I tried calling the store to let them know they could be making people sick with old meat seating out for who knows how many hours and it’s impossible to talk to a person in the store, I call customer care and they want me to call uber eats, but why would I complain to them? They just delivered the nasty food chipotle packed for us …. Ughh so annoyed
- SGSmiley GongDec 9, 20251.0I walked in and got my lunch this afternoon on 12/09/25. The guy who served me looked like he had just finished training and hadn’t been on the job very long. He tried to give me as little food as possible, and when he finished preparing my lunch, the bowl was only about half full. I believe the new employees are being trained to serve less food in order to increase profit per serving. I know Chipotle has been having financial issues as their stock price has dropped. Now it feels like they’re stuck in a bizarre loop: lower profits lead them to cut portions, smaller portions drive customers away, and that only worsens their financial problems. Since the pandemic, things have just gotten worse and worse. For the first time, I actually feel like I hope they go out of business, because they’re no longer able to compete with other restaurants in terms of service.
