  The people working here do not fully understand English. Also they hold convos amongst themselves while you are at the counter. I had points for 10 munchkins decided to use them. Was asked what munchkins I wanted clearly stated no sprinkles mix them please. She asked again I said no sprinkles bent and pointed to the bottom row where they had no sprinkles. Was given my bag after making an additional order for a hot chocolate and found half my donuts with sprinkles.

  I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this location seriously needs better management. Went to this Dunkin to order a coffee and noticed there was a completely new group of staff but didn’t think much of it at first. I ordered my usual coffee, took one sip, and it tasted battery acid…honestly the most acidic coffee known to man kind. My friend used to work at Dunkin, so I asked her for her input to see if my tastebuds were deceiving me..turns out they used the Nitro blend instead of the regular original blend. Since I had already paid for the drink, I politely went back to the counter to ask if they could remake it so my money wouldn’t go to waste and I could at least have a decent coffee to start my day. Unfortunately, the employee (a woman with very bright pink lipstick) didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining. I calmly tried to explain that the coffee tasted extremely acidic and wasn’t drinkable, but she just stared at me like i was high off my horses. She then tried to charge me for another coffee, which I wasn’t willing to pay for since the first one was made incorrectly. In the end, I walked out with the nasty drink and pour that crap down the damn drain cuz no one not even my enemy should deserve to drink whatever i was given.

  The prices at this dunkin is ridiculous. Their customer services isnt the best, and the coffee would taste different every time.

  Coffee was good. The egg and cheese and bacon sandwich was terrible and soggy. The home fries tasted old and weird.

  Ordered a sausage egg sandwich on a croissant. Egg was bad, the yolk was the texture of lotion. WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND or replace sandwich
