- RHRudy HenkelMar 29, 20261.0I tried to call the restaurant to see if we had left a bag there. Spent five minutes on a robocall trying to get through to anyone. It kept asking me for more information over and over, and occasionally routing me to try to get me to order food. If you're going to have a robosystem, it should at least be able to recognize when you say "we may have left a bag there and I'm trying to find out whether anyone found a bag", that it cannot handle that and it needs to go to the restaurant itself.

Working area was covered in food so the foil of my daughter's burrito was also covered in food. Cashier forgot our cups and the person before. They had no napkins. The one I normally go to in Bensalem isn't great but it's more put-together than this one.

Saw several people coming back with incorrect orders while I was waiting for to pick up, which should have been my first sign. Got home, lo and behold half the ingredients were missing. And they can't do a refund in store. My wife tried to get a refund through the app, meaning through a bot. It gave her a coupon. She also used points for chips and guac which were not in the bag or part of the "refund," so those are just gone now. Finally, posting this review, I am not surprised how long I had to scroll to find one higher than one star, and that without filtering for the bad reviews. Strongly avoid. Never again!
