  Went at a busy time and was overcharged for a pick 2 item. Paid 19dollars. Won’t be coming back, the staff doesn’t listen and will overcharge you instead of fixing it because they are busy!

  Wouldn’t recommend eating here just take your time and go to the one in Lewisburg, the kitchen here is unsanitary the Manger Lisa is the rudest customer service worker I have ever met, I literally watched her catch an attitude with an older lady for forgetting to use her gift card before the payment. Your food is going to be messed up or have proportions wrong, and it’s gonna be an hour wait just wouldn’t recommend

  I’m a loyal Panera customer. I come nearly everyday for chicken noodle soup. I work night shift, and I find it really annoying you don’t have the option to get soup in the morning. Your breakfast is low quality in my opinion, and it’s extremely frustrating after a long day of working nights not being able to get my meal until 10 or 11 am. It’s just not right when soup is what you’re known for. This breakfast stuff makes no sense. Also, they are getting better when I tell them, but I’ve had multiple experiences where I just get broth and don’t get actual soup with noodles and everything in it. I have to take it back , when I do take it back they are very accommodating, so I appreciate that. Over all I love this Panera’s soup and staff is friendly. My experiences over all vary, but I know every morning I want you to have this and you don’t. I legit don’t understand why you wouldn’t carry one of your most popular items all day it’s not that hard to have soup available. I really hope this changes since it’s a signature item of yours….

  Lots of variety, with mix and match options ❤️ Consistent quality. My favorite is the soup in a bread bowl-very hearty and filling. There are also many tempting bakery treats to choose from-bagels, muffins, pastries, cookies, and more! For the health conscious, smoothies and creative salads are available 🙂 Reasonable pricing for what you get.

  Man, did this place go downhill. I've heard they don't bake any breads or baked goods in-house anymore and I'd believe it if confirmed true. Their portions are significantly smaller, their prices are more than significantly higher and it's just not the same company it was ten+ years ago. I don't think I could ever justify patronizing a Panera ever again just based on how much they're charging for such low quality food you can easily make at home.
