The food usually hits right, but there is an off chance they'll just completely mess up your order and I typically get take-out and don't find out until it's too late and it's never worth throwing a fit about. What I will throw a fit about is how awful their customer service and attentiveness is. There's never anyone at the front counter until there's a build-up of 8+ people and by that point they're struggling to keep up with all of the people they've been neglecting for so long. I've waited literally 40+ minutes for a mobile pick-up order because it really just seems like they don't give a snot about how they function.
