However I do not want to understate how fantastic of a job the manager Unique did. She handled the situation with the utmost respect kindness and patience. Took time to hear me out and come to a resolution. If I owned a Pizza Hut she is exactly what I’d want as a manager.

Manager would not even make up for it the next day when I called. Just apologized and didn't offer anything back. Terrible place. Rude, unhelpful. Lazy.

I eventually walked out after almost 5 minutes, and no one saying a word to me. The place is unprofessional, and the general manager Unique Parker thinks she’s the best thing to walk this earth, hence the 5 star review she gave herself. Without getting a new general manager, and properly training staff, this location is going to end up permanently closing.

Waitress came to take our order and I placed an order for 10 breadsticks and a medium pepperoni pan pizza. The waitress said "was that just a cheese pizza?" I said "no. Pepperoni pan pizza." My grandson asked about parmesean cheese since there was none on the table. She had no idea what he was talking about. Pizza comes out and she brings a hand tossed pizza and 2 plates. There were 4 of us. I said "we need 2 more plates and this is not the pizza we ordered" She says "huh...." and walked away. Never saw her again until I had to walk up to the register to pay where she acted like she had no idea who I was. Mind you there were only maybe 3 other tables of guests at the time. I complained again about not getting the pizza I ordered and never got plates and she still made no attempt to correct the situation or comp anything on my bill. Never again....
