  Dirty inside. Service is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. There are things on the menu you can not even order i guess. You try to order the items they say oh we dont even make those. Then why is it on the menu. You show us a deal page but bring us the check 3 hrs later and its a higher price. Do not reccomend going there.

  Waited an hour for our order which only to find out was never even cooked. This was after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come over and say seat yourself. While waiting to pay for our drinks since our order wasn't cooked witnessed an employee boxing everyone's pizza scratch her teeth then look at the food on her finger and flick it randomly, then placed her hand in a pizza box to adjust the pizza so the lid would shut.

  If you plan to DoorDash as a dasher from here or as a customer, just DONT. My boyfriend door dashes and waited 1 hour for food for a door dash customer, the customer said he was the SECOND dasher to wait for food. Prior to coming for that order, he had attempted to accept another order but wasted 20 minutes waiting and was able to cancel the order through DoorDash (he was the dasher). They are wasting door dashers time and money they could be making. This is just pure bad management. Multiple people inside the store were saying they’ve been waiting 1+ hours for their food as well. POOR MANAGEMENT PERIOD. The other workers were working well but the manager was nasty with a low work ethic and poor management skills, pizza huts corporate should do better during the hiring process.

  This place is disgusting, mold everywhere and every clean dish is dirty. The manager says she all about a toxic free environment but the second someone new is struggling she kicks them out very rudely. The menu prices are wrong and you are just expected to know. When you get overcharged or have a issue they do anything they can to not compensate you. The managers are dating and the second there's issues she calls over her boyfriend to defend her. Nobody making the food washes their hands or wears gloves. They reuse things that sat out uncovered all day like lettuce and all buffet vegetables. If you order a 2 liter and they dont have any, they tell you to get 2 20oz sodas which is not worth it. Prices are insane in general but especially when you consider how little effort they put in to having a clean environment.

  This Pizza Hut has made a HUGH turn around BIG TIME. My husband and I have been eating here for years! We stopped dining in here due to the staff and service. We parked on the right side of the building, where there are two back doors. We seen employees out back who were smoking god knows what. I mean there were like 4 people out there in Pizza Hut uniforms. They all looked like they were kids a young girl who had her hair in a bun or ponytail, she was very tiny short and slim she was my server they called her Lexi, the kid she was kissing out back. There was a kid w kind of curly long hair shoulder length, then a kid with a hair cut and head phones, a very slim woman who looked like a manager she was average height. My husband and I parked and walked into the building they all came running in. The first thing the tiny girl with the bun (Lexi)? said to me was are you dinning in? Sit down and I’ll be there. No smile nothing, I mean the service was horrible there was lots of shady things going on there before which led to us taking a break. My husband and I decided to order carry out 2 weeks ago and it was perfect. I mean the staff was so nice there was a new manager she said she was the general manager she had just started not to long ago a few months. I wish I could remember her name, I talked to her a while even though my food was done when I arrived. I asked her about the young kids and she kindly explained that they weren’t employed anymore. And we would never have to deal with anything like that again she apologized. I mean the store lookes wayyyy cleaner and the service without a doubt is faster. Reading some of these reviews makes me mad if you seen that place before that new manager girl got there it was A WRECK. I was just there jim and I 2 weeks ago and will continue to fill my pizza cravings with Pizza Hut thank you the owner needs to give that woman a raise. Great job!!!!!
