  Service was deplorable. Waited more then half an hour for bread sticks. Had to ask for dipping sauce, napkins, and plates. Personal pan pizza came out 5 minutes later. Waited 10-15 mins longer for our pizza. Watched as they took our pizza out of a Togo box then tried to give it to another table. Then damn near had it dumped into my mother's lap. Pizza was barely warm by the time we got it. Then they gave us the wrong bill. Asked to speak with manager, she came to table with an additude and basically called us liars. We were not the only people in the restaurant that were having major issues. There were at least 4 other tables with issues. We had bad time when we were there 3-4 months ago and decided to try again and had and even worse experience. Will not be trying to eat in again.

  Only give it one star because you have too. Place was complete chaos, everyone's orders were wrong, there were no happy patrons. Table next to us got half their order, repeatedly asked for breadsticks and got none. Waitress was constantly on her phone, we had to ask for our drink order, received the wrong drinks, then we went up to the counter and asked if someone was going to take our order. Once she did, we then had to ask for silverware. We waited over an hour and received no food. We went up to pay for 4 drinks and ONE salad from the salad bar- $20. You read that right, 20 DOLLARS!!! I'm assuming it was the manager trying to run things but whoever it was was rude and had no regard for how many paying customers were leaving upset. It seemed like all they were worried about were the orders going out the door instead of the people sitting inside the restaurant.

  Managers are the absolute worst. They are rude, lazy & just let pizzas pile up & get cold coming out of the oven. I highly suggest you find a better set of managers with good work ethic & people skills to turn the store around.

  Ordered online and was done in a timely manner.But the pizza was terrible! They gave me hand tossed instead of Pan.The pizza wasn't done all the way and cheese wasn't melted underneath.There was barely any sauce on them.He almost forgot to give me my wings.Ive always loved Pizza Hut but the last few times I've ordered it's been absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Not sure if I'll ever order again after this time.A complete disappointment..my kids wouldn't even eat another slice.For 40$ and a tip was ridiculous to receive our food like that.

  Oh I didn't have the best experience I ordered a supreme pizza pan pizza went from Hughesville to Williamsport to pick it up. Got my order go back to Hughesville open up the box and it was a pineapple ham Pizza yuck I called them back and they said well your order is here and I said that it's a 20-minute Drive till I get back there and drive back again 20 minutes the pizza is an hour over an hour old. And I would like a new one Supreme with no green peppers and it looks like I got lots of green peppers and not all the items that supposed to be on the Supreme I was very disappointed but I picked off the green peppers and ate it anyway staff is very nice that's the best thing I could say about the place
