Now you know it is possible… I am certainly sure it was possible but some kindness would have helped… Will not be returning…

At 6:32 I received an update that Door Dash was there and my order would be delivered at 6:49. Not bad, right? Well at 6:52, I got a text that "there's a monster wait at Papa John's". The poor Dasher waited for 40 minutes just to get our food! At 7:12 he finally left PJ's with our food and delivered it at 7:25. Almost an hour and a half for a large pizza, cheese bread and 8 wings. The food was mediocre at best! I asked for the wings to be well done and they were slimy, cold and small. What happened to them? They used to have delicious food! I'm incredibly disappointed. They have 1 delivery driver on a Friday night? They now have to charge $4.99 to have Door Dash deliver? I'm sorry, but this will probably be the last time I ever order. Do better Papa John's. 😔
