LEAD FROM the front! How do you expect your people to care if YOU don’t?! If you’re short on people you step in and get the job done. Calling over 5 times to get nobody then having to call customer service to actually talk to someone is ridiculous. Make an SOP (standard operating procedure) for stuff like this in the future.
