I went one morning after they remodeled and there was a big dunkin truck blocking the order speaker and so I just drove around because I had an online order and got to the window and told them about the truck and they said "well, everyone else can find the speaker". I told them I had an online order and they gave me my drink, but didn't give me a straw and so I sat there trying to get someones attention. Multiple employees looked at me waving and just turned around. Finally, someone decided to come ask me what was wrong and I said I was given my drink, but not a straw. The girl at the window gave me a straw, but sighed really loud. I spend 10mins waiting for the straw with a line behind me. I'll think twice before going to this Dunkin again

They are rude, they are extremely slow and even with the whole place being renovated, nothing has changed. I sit in that drive thru line for twenty minutes almost every time. Get new employees please. Preferably ones that like their job.

- RJRon JuryDec 19, 20251.0Extremely slow service. Pulled to the window and waited 4 minutes for someone to take my money, although there were 3 young people within 3 steps of the window. Young man with purple hair in was one step from the window with his back to me, never even acknowledge my presents. The entire time my coffees were sitting by the register. Finally the an older woman squeezed between the other 3 people and came to the window. I paid and waited a couple more minutes for my bagel. Got home, 4 minute drive, and found the coffee was room temperature. Worse experience in the 33 years I have been coming to this location! If I was the manager or owner, I would fire some people.
