  Worst dunking ever. I waited 30 min in line to not even get what I ordered. They run out of cups and ingredients religiously like every week not to mention they messed the drive thru up so bad. I'm literally gonna drive the extra distance to go to the golden strip or south side to avoid all the problems this one has and I get coffee EVERY morning. Whoever owns this needs to get it together

  I came in to this location yesterday to purchase Donuts and they had none, so I spoke to the cashier and ask will they have donuts in the morning.. of course his response was yes. This morning I went to get donuts for my little cousins as a breakfast treat and they were limited on donuts. They had hard donuts with sprinkles chocolate with sprinkles munchkins I just seen like couple of assorted not enough to have options to select what you normally order in other locations. Then you have a cashier that really looks like she doesn’t like her job, customer service is not her strong point. Now I know why people been leaving poor reviews of this location.

  The service here is awful, especially since the remodel. Staff members are rude, extremely slow, and they are always out of things. Who is in charge of ordering? They cannot possibly run out of stuff the way they do unless someone isn't doing their job with checking inventory. This location was convenient to where I live, but I will be driving to a further location from now on. This morning was the final straw for me.

  Overall I wouldn't go to rhis Dunkin. I went one morning after they remodeled and there was a big dunkin truck blocking the order speaker and so I just drove around because I had an online order and got to the window and told them about the truck and they said "well, everyone else can find the speaker". I told them I had an online order and they gave me my drink, but didn't give me a straw and so I sat there trying to get someones attention. Multiple employees looked at me waving and just turned around. Finally, someone decided to come ask me what was wrong and I said I was given my drink, but not a straw. The girl at the window gave me a straw, but sighed really loud. I spend 10mins waiting for the straw with a line behind me. I'll think twice before going to this Dunkin again
