The drive-thru line is a mess, never less than a 20 minute wait. I always order ahead on the app, and every single time they mess my iced coffee up. Every time! When I let them know, they have literally snatched the coffee out of my hand and slam the window shut. Maybe - just maybe, read my order correctly? The one young girl in the morning is always nasty. She's usually on the microphone. The African American lady is the only kind one who actually seems to like her job. It's become ridiculous, I've been coming here for years and only recently (last few months) has it gotten this bad. I don't understand with all of these horrible reviews, why nothing is done about it. You're going to continue losing customers.
