    Did an app order and did not receive my burrito bowl, I called and could not speak to a manager. Then my husband bowl was just steak n veggies, not what was order. We live 40 minutes away and we're very disappointed when we got home to eat or meals. Will not go back there again

    I always come to chipotle but this lady that works there attitude is uncalled for if you can’t handle when it’s busy don’t work in this setting the boy that was next to her was amazing and I always leave good tips but not this time and she literally put 4 pieces of chicken on my bowl and when I was saying something about it she got an attitude and walked alway as I’m speaking to her

    Ripoff supposed to be BOGO entree free today up to five free entrees per transaction according to the website sent my daughter to get four she was charged for three was told wasn't buy 2 get 2 actually it was! Will NEVER go to Chipotle again false advertising.
