  The sampler was excellent. The variety and flavors were very good. The hatch chili queso is my favorite. Unfortunately service fell below standards. The server had no personality and didn't have a smile. Only as we were ready to pay the bill did she ask if we want any refills. Our glasses sat empty for a little while. The atmosphere was good.

  My boyfriend and I ordered takeout on 10/23 and when he went to go pick it up, they said they did not have anymore of the potato wedges available and the cashier said she would go look to see what they had made up that they could replace it with. My boyfriend waited about 5-7 minutes when she finally came back out with her manager and said “oh so you want a refund” and he was like okay i guess? so she said okay it’ll take about 3-5 days for the refund to go back to your card. so then when he finally came home, we go to eat and i’m missing my french fries that came with my meal. 2 things now gone from our order so i call them and said to refund the french fries as well and there’s no apology, she just says it will be a few days before the refund goes back to our account. It gets to 11/03 so two weeks go by and still no refund. i call them that night just to see if there was an update. i get transferred to a manager and she said oh they took the potato wedges off the bill and i said uh no unfortunately they did not, we still paid the full $51.36 of our order and she tried to argue that and i said no we got fully charged. she said she will have to send this to her district manager and it will take a few days. i say okay. it is now 11/27, another 2 weeks and STILL no refund. and we also have never gotten an apology. i swear every SINGLE time we get take out from here, it is either incorrect or something is missing. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Still waiting on that refund.
