    The food was hot off the fryer!!! Customer service at its best!! Everyone greeted my family with a smile. Kevin the supervisor is an exceptional young man he makes the day worth stopping at Arby's ✨️

    Stopped last night no line in drive thru and one customer inside. Ordered an Italian beef dip. Pulled up to the window to pay fry’s were in the fryer basket in the cardboard containers. I waited for my meal for 16 min. While one employee walked around on speaker phone with a friend, two other employees walking around aimlessly and one worker actually working. The man on speaker phone comes over to the fryer with the bag in one hand and his phone in the other picks up a container of fries that have been there since prior to me even getting there puts them in my bag then yells at the older gentleman working the drive thru to take the bag from him. The fries were not even close to warm the beef dip was more bread than anything. I know it’s hard to find quality employees but have some pride in what you do! Horrible experience!

    The food is what you'd expect from Arby's - it's not bad. What I wasn't expecting was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food establishment. The icing on top is the vintage location, I hope they never remodel!
