  Waited at check in for almost 20 minutes when multiple employees walked by and made eye contact and ignored us and the other 5-6 people waiting. Last time we went out waitress barely frequented our table and we waited almost 30 minutes for our drink refills. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

  First time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, food was delicious service was more than adequate, atmosphere was a little loud for my old years.

  this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location within the past month. I mobile order food from here from the website for my wife and I. Part of the online process is giving BWW your phone number so they can reach out about your order if necessary. On the first occasion, my wife ordered pretzel bites and only upon arriving to the store to pick up our order did they tell me they were out and had been out of them for an hour. During the 30 minute wait time the staff never bothered to reach out and inform us that they were out and put us on the spot for a replacement. What is the point of asking for a phone number then? So We waited a few weeks before trying this location again and after picking up our order where one order was a large ranch cup, we came home to find we had been given 5 small cups of ranch. One of which had spilled and dumped out onto the bag of celery we ordered. We also had 2 fountain Dr peppers, or the idea of them I suppose. One was filled with root beer, and the other one had 0 syrup in it and did not even taste like a soda at all. I don’t understand how you can’t see the difference when a soda needs to be changed. Needless to say, we are disappointed and feel like we wasted $50 on a less than satisfactory experience

  Ordered 55 wings, a sampler and fries through the buffalo wild wings app. Went and picked it up and got all the way home and realized I had 40 wings missing. I called the store and got put on hold for 15min and than the manager essentially called me a liar anf that there was no way I missing wings. She wound finally saying she'd have them remade and I could come pick them up but with a nasty attitude. I paid a lot of money for all the food and to be called a liar over missing food that I paid for. One of my favorite places to order from constantly but I guess not anymore.

  Great food! We ordered the special (6 for $19.99 - 2 entrees, 2 sides, 2 drinks) and it's such a good deal! Loved our boneless wings. Our waitress was friendly. Nice night out!
