  Well back to same old McDonald's in wilkinsburg 03/30 mobile order get to store drive closed go inside to a whole mess crew was running around no one checking front counter hardly my order missing crew had to ring it in against so it showed on screen, waited over 45 mins for order only for the order to me incorrect.   I've had ok experiences with this McDonald's in the past, but it took us over an hour for our order that was only for 3 people, so not too much food. We ended up leaving without one of our coffees because it had been so long. They also didn't give us our McGriddle. Very disappointing experience.

  This McDonald's here is terrible. The order number never appears on the order status screen. The orders are always wrong. Just now, I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I received something I have no idea what it is—it looks sort of greenish-yellow, but definitely not strawberry. Orders always take way too long, whether the place is busy or not. The other day, no one even realized we were waiting for an order because they don't even check the order status screen. I am deeply disappointed.

  I have tried to go to this McDonalds a few times. First time, they said they were only doing mobile orders, I had one, they then said "oh I meant mobile delivery." They wouldnt serve me, this is like 2 hours before closing. Second time, they didnt answer, this was probably 30 mins before close. Finally someone answers, I give my order #. They bring out truly random food, like 1/2 the order is missing and the stuff they gave me wasnt what I ordered. I walked back to the door and they locked the lobby. Wouldnt answer at the drive through. Enough time has gone by and my wife wants something to eat late. I tell her not to, she puts a mobile order in, we drive there, I pull up. "We are only taking mobile delivery right now." I ask why and the guy said "We dont have food to make your order and we close in 10 mins". This place is so insane, but its pretty par for the course in pittsburgh. I have no idea if the owners know they arent serving food half the time or they are turning people away because they dont feel like making food. I assume they dont, and I doubt they read this.

  This location is kind of hit or miss. Some days I'll stop by and the crew is moving fast, and the foods is fresh. Other times I can't tell who is working there because no one is wearing a uniform. I've see people wait at the counter for 5+ minutes then leave with no greeting and no one acknowleges them. It doesn't affect me personally because I always order mobile. Went there yesterday and got the new Big Arch burger. It was undercooked. There was plenty of pink. Normally if ordering cook to order I like it that way but I'm pretty sure McDonalds is supposed to cook it well. I refer to this location as the Bi-polar McDonalds as when it is good it seems to be really good and when it is bad it seems to be pretty bad.
