  Just awesome! I corrected my order within 5 minutes of ordering and probably due to my error was served the wrong thing. The server corrected and the manager Dennis personally apologized and Dennis bought us a round. Superb customer service. We've traveled the country for the last 10 years and always search out the nearest Buffalo Wild Wings. We like that we know what we're going to get. This location far surpassed our expectations.

  I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It is definitely a go to for me. The food is usually consistent. This review is based off about 6 different visits. For just one of those visits did I get my food quickly, however, somewhat cold hatch queso. The waitresses and bartender are all great. I think the limitation may be in the kitchen. I will still visit since it’s the closest one to me, but I just don’t have very high expectations. Which also means I could end up changing this review.

  Called in my pick up order and received great customer service. When I arrived the wonderful lady remembered my name and promptly brought our ordered.

  I DoorDash and unfortunately have to come here frequently. This place has the worst service I’ve witnessed at a restaurant. You don’t get to speak to ANYONE for at least five-ten minutes. You’ll have waitresses across the restaurant that see you but they’re too busy dm’ing on their phones or flirting with other employees. Then after making you already late for your delivery they start your food once they’ve finally spoken to you. It’s all around bad service.

  Ordered through app, 20 bone-in wings buffalo and 10 piece boneless wings honey barbecue that was a free deal with order of $15. Went to pick my order up, called while I outside told the lady my name and asked if someone can bring me food out to me because I had my 2 mo old baby with me so didn’t want to get him out, told her what vehicle I was in. She said my name for the order just came through so give her a couple minutes and she will bring it out to me, said ok thank you. I found it kind of odd she said the order just came through but give her a couple minutes and she’ll bring it out to me, thought to myself how can you bring it out within a couple mins or that fast if the order just came through to the store. The lady brought it out within 3 mins after getting there and placing call to request if someone could bring it out to me, I got the food and thanked her. As I was leaving, I thought to myself that was fast and how did it come out so fast. When I got home, I seen that I did not receive any of the dips that I picked that was supposed to come with my order for the 20 bone-in wings. With that deal, the customer can get up to 4 free dips of your choice and I picked 4 ranch dips and paid for 1 blue cheese for my boneless wings because that’s what I wanted and didn’t get any of them and paid for 1. My fries were also not fresh, they were old fries that were soggy and burnt that they boxed on top of that as part of my order to give me. I instantly called the store back to speak to manager and spoke to a manager by the name of Dennis. I explained I paid for a dip and did not receive any of them and that my fries were also not fresh, he said he can replace them, give me a gift card or refund. I explained to him that I had to call when I was there to ask if order can be brought out to me because I had my baby with me. He told me he will refund me for the dips and the fries since it was not that easy for me to get back there. He asked what was the name on the order, did I go through DoorDash or the app. I went through the app and was also asked what did I pay with, Master card or Visa. I paid with Visa and gave my name, he then asked for the order number and there was no order number on receipt that was sent through email, so claimed that should be enough information for me to get refund and hung up as I was thanking him. It didn’t seem too promising, then I checked my banking app after a while and had no refund from there. I proceeded to look for the order number, come to find out I had to go through the app to orders to get the order number which he could of told me being though he works for Buffalo Wild Wings and would know that after I told him that it wasn’t on my receipt, since he asked for it. I called back after that and asked to speak to him again so I can give order # to him, told him I found it through the app and asked if he still wanted it and said that would help. I gave him the order number and that’s when he reassure me that he will get to it once things die down within restaurant and gets a chance to do it, that it might appear 24 hours from now and it shouldn’t even take that long. I waited looked again on banking app even the next day and was not refunded for the hassle on their end, I was so mad about my order and being lied to. He could have least made things right in good faith but chose not to do so, erased app and will not be going back there to order food again.
