  I’m honestly really frustrated with my recent takeout order from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a whole wing entrée to go, and when I got home and opened the box, they shorted me on my wings. If you’re ordering takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings, COUNT YOUR WINGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Don’t assume the order is correct just because the box is sealed. By the time you get home and realize something is missing, it’s already too late and you’ve paid full price for less food. It’s disappointing because when you order a full entrée, you expect to get exactly what you paid for. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their food like this, but apparently it’s necessary. Just a heads up to everyone: check your order at the counter and count your wings before you walk out.

  Extremely disappointed in this store, and that’s as someone that’s a huge BWW fan, and a former employee of the chain. Went into the store today with our 2 children at approximately 4pm. We waited 10 minutes to be sat and only got a table after asking someone if they were open. We counted 12!!! Tables that were full of dishes but no people, the floor was a mess. Our table was dirty and we had to ask our server to clean it. We ordered our food, they sent out our food in to go containers, with plastic silverware (provably because everything was dirty in the place). My appetizer didn’t come with sauce and when asked about it the server said it didn’t come with any. (False; the menu states it and again, been ordering these for years…) we decided to order our food to go as the adults weren’t hungry yet. We waited 10 minutes for the check and when she finally took it she was gone another 10 minutes running around the store while my kids are freaking out and ready to leave. I get my card back with no copy of my actual check or I would have let this review online. The icing on the cake was that when we got home, we received a 10 piece wing, (not the 15 we ordered) and the sauces were wrong. This was my final straw and the reason I am leaving this message. $55 for a crummy experience in a messy restaurant with people standing around doing nothing. I get it’s shift change but come on leadership, do better.

  Just awesome! I corrected my order within 5 minutes of ordering and probably due to my error was served the wrong thing. The server corrected and the manager Dennis personally apologized and Dennis bought us a round. Superb customer service. We've traveled the country for the last 10 years and always search out the nearest Buffalo Wild Wings. We like that we know what we're going to get. This location far surpassed our expectations.

  I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It is definitely a go to for me. The food is usually consistent. This review is based off about 6 different visits. For just one of those visits did I get my food quickly, however, somewhat cold hatch queso. The waitresses and bartender are all great. I think the limitation may be in the kitchen. I will still visit since it’s the closest one to me, but I just don’t have very high expectations. Which also means I could end up changing this review.
