  The young man at the drive thru window on (3/1 approx 9:15pm) was absolutely exceptional! He was easy going, smiling the entire time, had a great sense of humor, professional and seemed legitimately happy to be working at your establishment. He was truly a champ considering all 5 of us were a bit of a mess trying to figure out who wanted what! Not to mention he had all 5 of us ladies smiling the entire ride home after a long stressful day! GREAT EMPLOYEE! (P.S. HE DESERVES A RAISE!)

  In the drive thru and ordered two medium shakes… been in the drive thru for 15 minutes… pulled up to the window and they ask me to pull over and wait even longer… what is going on??? yall can’t get two shakes made in 15 minutes?

  I have ordered holiday pies there twice now this year, since I started a job in January nearby, and I noticed that the filling inside tasted dry like the moisture was cooked out of it and all you really taste is the crust. Somehow the crust is normal and doesn't Look overcooked, but I am positive that however these are being prepared is probably resulting in an inferior result. I got 2 pies today and they were both dry. I live in Mountain Top 18707, so I went there afterwards to the McDonalds in that town to get a order there. And the McDonald's in Mountain Top was excellent- the custard was warm and filled the inside of the pocket. The one from Wilkes Barre was dry and when you crack the pie in half, the custard shrunk and dried up alongside the bottom crust. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope with a little time and training this can be corrected. Also! I am sad to hear the Grinch Meal was not offered at all at the Wilkes Barre store. Participating in those sort of activities is fun and I am sure it would have been well received by the local patrons to the area. A missed opportunity. I shared this feedback on the McDonalds website. I am also sharing here for other customers to be aware that the pies are not consistent with how I have had them in the past... when a girl wants a sweet treat after a hard day at work, the last thing she wants is to bite into a sad dry dessert.
