- KMkatoria majorFeb 4, 20261.0I really hate coming to this location in the morning on the way to work. They are slow. They are not friendly or courteous at all. I have to order 20 min ahead of time for my order to be ready when I get there. My drinks are never full or even near full. I ordered a large matcha latte with less ice and ended up with a half full drink. They are usually busy so I don’t know why they are skimpy on portions. Never have this issue at any other location.
- TCTanya CortazarJan 4, 20261.0I went in there Sunday morning I can't have caffeine cause of heart issues and I ordered a decafe coffee the lady was nasty at the window told me several times I can't get caffeine free anything when I told her I had heart issues all of a sudden she was able to have them make it I don't appreciate being treated that way especially since I come in there alot it's a good way to loose customers I won't ever come there again the Dunkin in moosic pa never treats me that way
