    I’ve always stopped at this dunkin every morning and i had a staple order but for some reason the last two times i’ve stopped they make my order way too sweet. I communicated this with one of the employers and they just told me is because “ I asked for too much sugar” im tired of dunkin being so inconsistent with their orders. My coffee tasted like sugar with milk dunkin just lost a customer ( very disappointed)

    The lady in the drive thru was great, unfortunately she didn't make my sandwich. Which was ice cold. Who ever made my sandwich did not care at all.

    Came to order some food before hitting the road the sandwiches we ordered were horrible the bagels were hard and they they a luke warm egg on a bagel with a cold piece of cheese horrible wouldn’t recommend

    I visited the Dunkin’ on Scott Street this past Thursday, and I was honestly taken aback by the staff’s behavior. I ordered a coffee and a donut through the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, the girl practically flung my coffee at me. Then, as I went to pay, she stuck the card reader out the window and asked, “Umm, are you leaving a tip?” I was shocked. I usually always leave a tip when someone is friendly and respectful — but after nearly getting my coffee tossed at me, that question was beyond inappropriate. How do you ask a paying customer for a tip like that? To top it off, my coffee was wrong, and I couldn’t even enjoy it. Between the poor attitude, the wrong order, and being asked for a tip, this was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had.
