Yesterday I ordered pizza at around 5:20pm, the app itself show that it would be delivered at 7:20-7:40pm, I called and they said there was a waiting line. I should have just cancelled then. I patiently waited till 7:40, called and they said my food was just sent in the oven, waited and waited and at 8:36pm it said that my order was delivered, checked everywhere it was not. I called the customer service 2 times and both times they held me up 10 minutes, while they called the restaurant, both the times they said the delivery guy was already on his way and I would get a call soon. The second call was at 9:15pm I dont know how long I waited, I apparently slept with my lights on and just woke up at 4:00Am and the first thing I did is this. This is completely unacceptable and I will also be doing a corporate complaint.
