  This location is great! I've never had anything that was a disappointment because of how it was prepared. Plus not having to get out your car for pickup orders is so convenient, I skip out on the delivery fees every time. My last order on Tuesday evening 2/10 had an error so I went back. I got 2 lg and 1 med pizza except it was 2 med and 1 lg when i picked it up. The 2 young ladies up at the front counter were just so sweet about it and promptly whipped up the lg and let me keep the extra med as well. Most of the time people only point out poor service but they deserve some recognition for just always doing a top notch job. Many thanks to my late night pizza heroes!

  The served me OLD pizza I ordered on the app and then the said it was rdy for pick up I picked it up 5 min later and get home 10 min so after almost 15 min pizza shouldn’t taste flat like cardboard and days old!!!!

  So, how did I wait 5 hours and not get my food? Yesterday I ordered pizza at around 5:20pm, the app itself show that it would be delivered at 7:20-7:40pm, I called and they said there was a waiting line. I should have just cancelled then. I patiently waited till 7:40, called and they said my food was just sent in the oven, waited and waited and at 8:36pm it said that my order was delivered, checked everywhere it was not. I called the customer service 2 times and both times they held me up 10 minutes, while they called the restaurant, both the times they said the delivery guy was already on his way and I would get a call soon. The second call was at 9:15pm I dont know how long I waited, I apparently slept with my lights on and just woke up at 4:00Am and the first thing I did is this. This is completely unacceptable and I will also be doing a corporate complaint.
