On top of that, I was overcharged — my total came to around $12.70, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I specifically said no queso, and they didn’t add any, yet I was still charged an extra $2 for it. It’s not about the money — it’s about consistency and paying attention to customers’ orders. This has happened to me twice now, and it’s really frustrating. I’m also attaching a screenshot showing how much the same order costs for online pickup, which makes the overcharge even more noticeable. On my previous visit, the employee serving the food (the guy with tattoos on his hands) gave extremely small portions — barely 1/4 spoon of rice and similarly tiny amounts of the other ingredients. I’m not sure if management is instructing them to serve such small quantities, but it feels unacceptable for the price being charged. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.
