Friend did the blazin challenge, 6 months later and numerous hours wasted, still don’t have the 1000 rewards points. Charged me 60 cents for each cup of sauce for the wings, even though they brought them out dry as a bone. Also charged 60 cents for carrots, and 60 cents for celery because we “didn’t ask for them at the time of placing the wing order.” Wouldn’t let me use the free dessert coupon on the app because we had the bogo wing active, even though this worked in the past, and didn’t tell us that prior to ordering and eating the dessert. Had to get the manager involved to sort this out. I’m done with this place overall, and will likely go elsewhere in the future. A shame as this has been a big weekly tradition for my friends and family for years.
