    They were a few minutes from closing and I went through the drive thru. The staff who took my order was polite and he accommodated my order.

    If you are open your door should be open. It is 2026 what is the point if having the door locked but the drive through open.

    The service was terrible at the time of ordering, the cups had icing all over them when they handed me them after touching the cash register…not so sure that they’re changing gloves…And there was HAIR IN MY CUP! When I called to ask for a refund, they acted like that couldn’t have happened. So gross!
