  terrible customer service and they do not make a frozen coffee correctly. prices very high.

  My mother and i stopped here earlier today and had the displeasure of meeting a Deanna. She was working drive thru and she was very rude and nasty. To the point i just drove off. I bust my azz for my money, so to come to a place and feel rushed or made to feel like a bother is terrible. I called the store because i felt so disrepected and i needed a reason. I spoke to a Nick very nice man he listened apologized and thats all he could really do. I drove off i wont spend my money there. Deanna is the district manager, which shocked me. she could have been under staffed (no one was in line before me or after me) but i think a recoaching in customer service is needed. Don't get to high up the food chain and forget your manners doooo better. Thanks Nick

  First voice you hear from the drive thru is completely unpleasant and rude, followed by the rudeness from in the store and drive thru as well. Sometimes the person working drive thru handing you your things is nice, but 8/10 they're rude too. Wrong orders too...You're in customer service- be nicer to your customers!!

  I really hate coming to this location in the morning on the way to work. They are slow. They are not friendly or courteous at all. I have to order 20 min ahead of time for my order to be ready when I get there. My drinks are never full or even near full. I ordered a large matcha latte with less ice and ended up with a half full drink. They are usually busy so I don’t know why they are skimpy on portions. Never have this issue at any other location.
