  Was waiting in line and the customer in front of me tried to use a gift card towards her food and another gift card purchase. The employee (short white girl with a bull ring nose piercing) immediately gave her attitude saying you can’t pay for a gift card with a gift card. Understandable to get a little frustrated but there was no need for attitude. She could have simply said what she said without attitude. The customer wasn’t being rude whatsoever. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t communicate respectfully even when frustrated. The rest of the staff seemed polite and apologetic.

  Better window that going inside. At least the 1 in Kidder st. Even when food is recently done is manhandled so it looks like hours had passed. The manager rude as heck and then uses endearing words to placate the nasty way of talking and her sarcastic and sometimes even racist comments.
