When we got home to eat I tasted the potato salad and immediately gagged as it was spoiled. The date we purchased was 12/11 the package had a pack date of 12/5 , which means the salad was only good until tomorrow 12/12 yet it had a use by date of 12/17. I called spoke to Ashley who insisted it was good until the use by date. As per the food code salads like potato salad can only be kept for 7 days. I called not to argue but to make them aware and check the product in the cooler before someone gets sick. Sounds like the staff needs training in Food Safety as they don’t know the proper food safety rules and regulations.
