  They treated me well there and the food taste great. (Alot warmer food and more chicken in the bowl would be perfect)

  They forgot the guacamole on my wife’s bowl. Besides that, the food is good.

  Edit: Had to alter my stars and edited this review on the bottom. Vastly different experiences from the first time. First experience: I must state this first: I have never ever been to a QDOBA...ever. This was my first experience. Christina greeted me when I walked in. It was extremely quiet and only a few customers were there at that point, but she was very very sweet. I told her I knew nothing about QDOBA, but my daughter made the suggestion to try their quesadillas. Christina was engaging, charming and I loved how she explained how it operated similar to a "Subway" where you get to build your own food. She let me sample a couple of the meats so I knew which one to order. I told her I liked spice, so she gave me a sample of the sweet and spicy chicken. Hands down, THAT was it!! She was SOOOO right! We built my quesadilla and she made it quickly. I was impressed with how quick it was and that all the food looked great in the display case. I even indulged and also asked for a chocolate chip 🍪. Christina was such a sweetheart, from start to finish, and when I got home and ate my quesadilla----OMG---it was SOOOOO good!! 😋😋😋 Christina and QDOBA have made me a new customer for life!! I will absolutely be back again!! And Christina needs to be recognized as a quality employee!! 😊 Thank you, for making my first experience so good!! Edit with 2nd experience: I went back again this past Sunday around 5:45pm. It was dead in there. There were, however, 2 other people waiting in line. There were 2 staff members that barely even looked up at any of us. They were (I guess...cutting/prepping some food). The place they were working at was very dirty/messy. They couldn't even let someone know that there were paying customers waiting for someone to help. About 10 mins later third person comes from the back to tell the first customer she would have to wait some more until the rice was done. How? How is that not even made up as a foundation food, especially at that time of the day?? The young man at the countered was clearly trying to take care of everything by himself. He helped the next customer and then it was my turn. He told me I would have to wait a little more so he could help the 1st customer. The rice eventually came out and he took care of her. Now, it was my turn. Poor guy...it was so messy amd disorganized, the bins of food were not clean/fresh/stirred up. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and this was the one bright spot: the food was good. That young man looked exhausted and frustrated, and I can see why....not one of the other staff members did anything to jump in to helo him or us customers. I told him that he was doing a great job, I paid and left. What a huge departure though, from my first experience. I'm not sure if I'll be back for awhile, but I hope if I do, that I will get the same experience as the first time.
