  Terrible. Who ever was on the speaker needs to be fired. He gave me the complete wrong meal. I asked for the KPOP huntrix meal and didn’t get that at all. Someone needs to check who is working at this time and get him fired. No joke. Waste of peoples time.

  Ordered thru the app, waited over 20mins to find out they didn't even start preparing the order. Asked the manager what's the issue and the guy try to tell me that my wife ordered thru the app so I they cant get that order through. Using my common sense I knew its impossible for a corporation like McDonald's to do that so I went back and told the manager to check their system again and come to find out its possible and my order is in the system. So after 40min wait I finally got my order, prepared by the same manager, coffee pouring out the top, mcflurry sliding down the container side and fries all messed up inside the bag. Stay away.

  We often visit this location as it has a kids play place area. The restaurant itself is big has a large regular restaurant seating area with booths and high top tables as well as booths. There are ordering kiosks when you want in you take a number if you dine in after ordering type in the number and staff brings your food to you. There is also a drive thru 2lane if you dont want to go dine inside. There is a play place one of few locations that does in the Lehigh Valley the play area was cold the last time we visited. There are 3 long tables that have a touch screen for kid and adult game play at the end of the table. Overall the restaurant is clean. I recently ordered a big Mac that looked small and pathetic the staff remade and made it a double it looked like pitiful. We love this location 👏 will revisit

  I haven’t been to this location in a long time. As soon as I come back, I am acknowledged with nasty behavior towards my family and I. I greeted the workers nicely, told them everything I wanted, clear and coherently. They got my mother’s coffee wrong TWICE. The first time, the coffee wasn’t even HOT. It was practically ice cold. When my mom politely asked them to remake it, the second coffee had NO SWEETNESS when she asked for cream and 4 Splendas, and it took WAY too long, for “fast food”. It’s like they don’t have fresh decaf coffee available HOT all day. It’s just odd. After the second time, I went inside and again, POLITELY asked them to remake it because my mom wasn’t happy with her coffee. Mind you, we are spending our HARD EARNED CASH at this location. We were just treated horribly for a cup of coffee that just couldn’t be made right.
