DoorDash told us that they’d pay for the order and give us a refund, they said that we’d get our food for free since it was a mistake on their part. So I go to the store to pick it up and DoorDash is now going back on their word they didn’t want to pay for the order they made us waste 3 hours of our time and didn’t want to compensate us for anything I wasted my time, gas and I was really hungry. Luckily the manager had some empathy for our situation and gave us our order anyway. It was my first time trying qdoba and it was worth the wait on top of the manager being really nice to us in this situation the food was really good. So thank you to the manager and the staff there for being so nice and compassionate, to anyone reading this the food is better than chipotle’s lol definitely will be ordering from them again.
