- MRMaryam RehmanJan 23, 20261.0Back in 2025 summer time I went through drive-thru I ordered by the time I got to the window I forgot one ordered the old men gave me an attitude said he was being rude to me and started to yelled at that I should've thought about it next time if I do that again I have to go around make another line I am holding up, this morning I belive his wife the old lady gave me the biggest lecture had woken me up I asked for green matcha vanilla, she kept saying there is no coffee for that I never mention coffee kept insisting that I did said, I had told her are you trying to wake me up it's to early for this she said it's to early for her I asked her for whip cream she said it goes with whip cream in a harsh way, whip cream is optional it doesnt goes with whip cream, I believe she was saying that so she can start her morning eith her attitude, I had been hearing from her that she gives an attitude to her customers. I would never go back again.
- MBMohammad BhattiJan 18, 20261.08:50pm 1/18/26 I have visited this Dunkin and I have picked my order which I pacifically requested chocolate glaze, I’m sure the employee did not understood and give me wrong donuts, I have gone home and have trip planned for my son who loves chocolate glaze donuts and upon finding out they give me wrong ones I return to get the right item and I have requested if they would change it if it’s possible and if not then I don’t mind paying for the right item, store main entrance was closed so I had to drive to drive thru and Caucasian male at the window listen to what I requested and and told me to hand the donuts and he threw it on floor right front of me and I believe this was not called for. I find this pretty offensive to do that right front of customer. I was willing to pay for it and this was rude. Manager please train your employees, it’s not the money but people have principles that count. Sorry but I will never come to your store ever again.
