  I got my husband a burger and fries, and those were just fine. However, I got a taco salad via the takeout window. I guess they were out of Chilli cups, because they put the chilli directly on the salad. (This may have been a desperation move.). I didn’t get the creamy salsa packet, so it was basically a cold, soggy, chilli salad when I got it home. Disappointing. But the people running the drive-thru were pleasant and courteous.

  Slowest Wendy’s location ever. Every single time. Never wait in any line at any other Wendy’s that consistently takes this long.

  Listen the drive through line is always forever long. The team typically has an attitude and they are so slow.

  I’d give this store 0 stars if I could. I was in the drive thru on 2/8 and was taking so long with only two other cars in the drive thru. Woman at speaker heard me say to my mom on the phone that they take forever. She said they were short staffed and if I wanted to come in to make my OWN food I could. Well that was the icing on the cake I told her I used to work in food and could run that kitchen better than her and anyone else in there. I understand the frustrations of food service but telling me to come in and make my own food is absolutely absurd. I will never take my family to this establishment in White Oak ever again.
