- EDEmily DoughertyApr 2, 20265.0I recently placed a catering order with Ken and his team for a breakfast spread for my work. Everything was packaged neatly and was very well organized! They even went out of their way to separate the Everything Bagels from the rest of the bagels. I typically choose this Panera on purpose because they are always on time and Ken, the catering manager, goes out of his way to be friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

I stood in line for 10 minutes with only one customer ahead of me. The woman at the register was clearly working hard and doing her best, but she was completely overwhelmed. She was not only taking orders but also filling them herself. Meanwhile, I could see three employees standing in the back corner talking, and only one person working the prep area. At 10:00 AM on a weekday, this should not be happening. When I finally turned around to leave, there were four more customers standing patiently behind me waiting to place their orders. That’s lost business, and it reflects a leadership and staffing coordination issue, not a lack of effort from the front-line employee. I won't be back.
