  Absolutely RIDICULOUS and TERRIBLE management!! Every time we order here (mind you) on a kiosk, our orders are always wrong! Missing items were always the issue, as well as VERY RUDE STAFF! When we got our orders handed by the manager, we always tended to check our items before leaving to make sure they were correct and nothing was missing or so, but unfortunately we did on the NTH(!) time we were here. 3 items were missing, so we POLITELY went to the counter, and the manager (she has a different uniform than the rest of the staff) gave us SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE! Really?! Is it that darn difficult to double-check your customer's orders before putting everything in the bag?! I'm sure we are not the only ones who experienced this kind of crap service. Just think about people in the rush, like at the drive-thru, and they didn't get the things they ordered. We like McDonald's, but y'all need to hire someone else who is very thorough and likes this job. Ugh.

  i brought in a $100 bill that is older than the workers (2001) and they didnt know how to check to make sure its not counterfeit and probably didn't have pens to check either..... so instead they came back and told me they can't break a $100 (for an order over $20) and i needed to pay another way. No way they don't have $80 in their register. No apology, no accountability for a lack of education on currency. Just a poor excuse.
