I stood in line for 10 minutes with only one customer ahead of me. The woman at the register was clearly working hard and doing her best, but she was completely overwhelmed. She was not only taking orders but also filling them herself. Meanwhile, I could see three employees standing in the back corner talking, and only one person working the prep area. At 10:00 AM on a weekday, this should not be happening. When I finally turned around to leave, there were four more customers standing patiently behind me waiting to place their orders. That’s lost business, and it reflects a leadership and staffing coordination issue, not a lack of effort from the front-line employee. I won't be back.

Many times they're already closed at 5 or 6pm where other ones will be open till 8 or 9pm on the same day.. Always a paper sign on the door about shortened hours. On numerous occasions they've even locked their doors 15 minutes before they're supposed to be closed. I guess they have a hard time keeping employees and are always understaffed. Nobody ever at the register. When i order a simple self serve coffee at the kiosk, it usually takes at least 5-10 minutes for someone just to hand me the empty cup for my self serve coffee. Very often out of one or more coffees in the pots or out of or milk/cream/honey. This place used to be run much better. Not sure what happened here.

Too often the baguettes I order are burnt. The prices have also increased substantially to the point I've stopped ordering certain items.
