  Ordered in the store at 7:10pm and got our food at 8:15pm. Food was cold, staff was sitting in the seats not working, nobody was helping. We were the only people in there too, was not busy.

  Worst service ever. Workers so mean. Whoever like the 30 year old dude is working the second window needs checked. I’m not gonna bow down to you. He was refusing to give me my food over tossing a piece of paper out the window. What are you? The McDonald’s police?

  We went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on Perry Hwy in Wexford, and had a very disappointing experience. We said “hello” to let the staff know we were ready, waited several minutes with no response, and then were told they refused to serve us because we said “hello” more than once. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Very poor customer service. “Feels like the person has no interest or temperament for a customer-facing job.

  Terrible experience. We came as two families with three kids and ordered five meals. The employee first refused to take our order at the counter and told us to use the app, but then he took another customer’s order at the same counter. Our Happy Meal was missing the apple juice, and when I showed him, he rudely tossed it toward me. My Big Mac was wrong and came as a regular hamburger. He grabbed it from my hand, threw it in the trash, and made us wait for a new one. He refused to give more than two mayo packets even though we had five separate orders. When I asked for his name, he said they “don’t give names,” and when I asked for the manager, he claimed he was the manager. While giving me the corrected burger, he told us to take our food and leave, and even threatened to call the police in front of our children. We were polite the whole time, but his behavior was rude, hostile, and unacceptable. Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had. Not kid-friendly at all.

  Upon entering the restaurant we saw an older lady standing at counter waiting on a staff member to acknowledge her, after standing there behind her for 10 mins we were very rudely greeted by a taller male manger who informed us that we shld b using the kiosk to order, however 3 out of 4 kiosks were not working n the older lady said she didn’t know how to use the kiosk n the male staff member said “haven’t u ever used the kiosk at sheetz” then another female staff member said very loudly n in a mocking manner “Christ we wld rather wait in line instead of using the kiosks n bothering us, so rude and unprofessional, we walked out n did not spend our money there
