Graeter’s is an old brand that stays on point with their flavors, especially their signature chips which are big chunks of dark chocolate mixed into a variety of bases, every flavor I tried was amazing! Their raspberry was tart and delicious, definitely very popular too. Also loved all their merch and take home options, the only thing is that the prices are pretty high, even for a single scoop, but the ice cream is tasty enough that’s it’s worth getting once in a while!

It was our little tradition, and we always enjoyed the experience—until recently. On our last ever visit, one of the employees, a college age man named Aaron, made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments to my teenage daughter. I won’t go into detail here, but suffice it to say, his behavior was completely out of line and unacceptable for someone working around children and families. My daughter was shaken, and I was furious. Come to find out he is a supervisor?! Is this really the kind of person you have in charge of other employees at your store? Someone who makes, quite frankly, disgusting comments to minors?! Parents—please be cautious. I never thought something like this would happen in a place we trusted. We will not be coming back, and I’ve warned other parents on the team as well. Graeter’s needs to take these concerns seriously and ensure a safe environment for all customers, especially young ones. — A former loyal customer and mom
