I've been given coffee missing flavor syrup, sandwiches on wrong bread, with wrong cheese & no attention given to toasting, donuts that are crunchy (clearly days old). There was even one occurrence in which I ordered (and paid for a latte) but received a watered down iced coffee, instead.

The “store manager” had absolutely no clue what she was doing, was insanely rude to me, finally issued a refund (her offer, not my demand) but didn’t refund the proper amount, wouldn’t listen to me explain anything (out of items ordered, tried to sub something else, gave me wrong thing, second time was still wrong, I could go on…), she was the rudest “manager” I’ve ever experienced, wouldn’t refund the proper amount, then told me she was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave. 🤯 What??? It was the craziest thing ever. I’ve never had a positive experience here. Called corporate, held for 20 mins, finally got someone, explained this to them, they hung up on me. This affirms I’m done with Dunkin.
