  Someone at this store is either using tablespoons instead of teaspoons to salt the food or tripling the salt in the recipe. Because there's been THREE different times over the last six months where I've had to throw out my burrito for having an ungodly amount of salt. Practically inedible. And it wasn't just my burrito, other people I was with had the same issue. I think it's the chicken? The foods been ok the other times this hasn't happened. But managers please check in with your staff and make sure they are seasoning the food properly.

  Worst staff, worst service. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, my on-the counter order was denied @6:20pm reason-They have to pack food for online orders first. If so then close the doors for on the counter orders. Why making customers wait in queue that too in the cold weather.

  Came here excited to pick up my order of Cheese Quesadillas, and i was informed the Chipotle was literally "out of cheese". Yes thats righy, out of cheese. But somehow they let the order go through for cheese quesadillas. Why? Unacceptable! A Chipotle should never be out of Cheese. During Covid with all the supply chain problems was understandable for this to happen, but not in current times. A Chipotle that runs out of cheese is a disgrace. This is obvioulsly a problem with poor planning by management. Thanks for telling me you were out of cheese after I drive all the way there to pick up my cheese quesadillas that you let me order.
