- SBSkyler BaroniMar 8, 20261.0Ordered 2 Drinks, took 5 mins to order 2 drinks because the cashier couldn’t find them. Waited 20 mins, we got one of our drinks and waited on the other one. Went back up to the cash register with the same guy and told him the situation and he tried to make us place a new order and pay again. The manager came over and realized we had ordered it and made my drink, but my cup is FULL of ice.

I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich, and then overheard the lady working say “i just gave it to them,” in a snappy tone. Once i finally got my sandwich, it was the wrong one. Service was insanely slow and they paid little to no attention to our needs!

I've been given coffee missing flavor syrup, sandwiches on wrong bread, with wrong cheese & no attention given to toasting, donuts that are crunchy (clearly days old). There was even one occurrence in which I ordered (and paid for a latte) but received a watered down iced coffee, instead.
