  maybe if this store answered the phone when they forget items on a delivery but mark it complete anyway they wouldn’t have a 2.2 star rating.

  I'm just going to give a 5-star review to offset all the other 1-star reviews. We live on the North Side in what is probably the furthest corner of their delivery radius, yet the last few times we ordered from this location the food has arrived in a reasonable amount of time, was still warm, and tasted great (well, as great as Domino's can be anyways). When we first moved here we would order and sometimes be waiting 2+ hours for our delivery, which would arrive lukewarm and barely edible. In my eyes this location has made improvements, and I applaud them for their efforts. We will order again. We like to support local pizzerias more frequently, but once in a while we do just get a Domino's craving.

  1 1/2 hours to get my food this time. I had received a credit for a free pizza after my last order took an hour and arrived cold, but I figured it was a fluke/ bad night and I'd try again. It was more than 30 minutes after the tracker updated that the driver had left the store before it showed him leaving their parking lot, and then of course had to make multiple deliveries in the opposite direction before mine. I don't generally like to complain - I realize that there are much worse things & that it's saving me from having to go out myself, but if you're going to charge me $5 for delivery, I'd like it to at least be within an hour from when you tell me it's left the store. I will likely not order from here again. As it stands right now I placed the order at 5:44pm, the driver "left" the store at 6:16, and it's currently 7:10 and I'm still not sure if there are other stops before it's finally my turn.

  I ordered delivery from this location on 1/27/26. Usually they call when they are there to let me know. I didnt receive any call but noticed in the website my order was marked for delivered. So I went to get it but there was nothing delivered that I could find. While I was looking for my order the store called me. They said my driver thought my street was too dangerous and couldn't deliver my order. That I could go pick it up myself or they would cancel it at the end of the night. I tipped the driver so I told them to cancel it since I am not tipping for something that wasn't completed. I waited several days and the charge is still on my account. So I tried to call them, I waited on their automatic system for 30 minutes with no answer. So I drove to the store and spoke with someone. They again told me they would refund my card. It is now a week later and they have still charged my card after numerous attempts to get it credited.

  Ordered $89 worth of food. The store called and cancelled the order but they still charged my card. I tried calling for three days. No one answered their phone. Called corporate and found out the store is privately owned but corporate said they would forward the concern. Four days later, no contact from West View Domino's. I have been trying to call again all day. No one is taking calls. Clear case of failure to deliver goods and fraud. Stay away from this store!
