I really wish I read the reviews before ordering delivery on the app. First and last time ordering from this location. $40 worth of food I received over and 1 late, the delivery guy LEFT the food on the ground in front of my door in freezing cold weather. Who does that? So I didn’t even notice until the app stated delivery was completed. I have a doorbell! It was also cash on delivery, he didn’t pay attention and left. Before I could even call them and let them know it wasn’t paid for and also how it was left. They sent this man back to my house 30-45 min later in the freezing cold to collect the payment. I simply called the manager of the store to simply state how horrible their service is, the food wasn’t touched what so ever and I’m not paying for it. But I would like to pay the delivery guys tip. The woman RUDELY interrupted me mid way, “just give the food back to the delivery guy and sign the slip”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The delivery guy felt bad, however I tipped him the amount of the bill and gave the cold pizza back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THS LOCATION.
