I just ordered from this location via Grubhub. When I tell you they were the smallest burritos I have ever received from Taco Bell in 55 years! NO joke. They should have been embarrassed to have these delivered to me! What is happening to Taco Bell!

Take out order is taking over an hour currently still waiting and also the dining room isn’t clean to expectations of food safety and other people who ordered after us got it before and the also had to wait 30 minutes just for our drinks

I’m not even gonna blame the night crew workers, because it truly isn’t their fault. However, having just moved to Pittsburgh, I’ve been to this location numerous times and have never seemed to surpass an hour long wait time to get my food. As someone who has worked in customer service this whole life, it’s giving to me that these employees do not have the tools, training, nor experience to navigate the difficulties of working an intense drive through experience. There’s part of me that wonders, “why are they not able to throw some sauce and meat in a burrito and call it a night;” mainly because I’ve worked drive thru, and my stress was much lower when the line was shorter. However, this is FULLY on management and corporate for not doing a better job at delegating the responsibilities of their workers. Why isn’t a manager in to help night crew? And if there is a manager during the evening, they should be fired. Taco Bell needs to pay their employees more so they are paid a livable wage, despite it not being the most enjoyable job ever.

Alright, is there anyone that checks orders for accuracy before they’re put into bags? I don’t even think that they bothered to cook my food. All of it was ice cold, the taco shells were broken and soggy, the Mexican pizza toppings were all on one side. You only got beans unless you got a bite from one side in the corner. I tried to get a picture of it, but only one of the tacos was almost intact. The chalupa was so soggy and slimy that the shell was completely soaked through to the other side. Also I try to order when it’s not busy to ensure that it’s done right. It’s not like they’re about to close when they’re open 24-7, but they where in such a hurry that you can not only tell that the same person made my entire order, but they where nice enough to not change their gloves so all of my food was covered in the same slime grease and whatever else they touched between cigarette breaks and making orders. This has completely ruined my opinion of Taco Bell as a whole. They should be proud and I’m sure Glen Bell is thrilled looking down on the quality of what he came up with, so many years ago, with the greatest of intention. Don’t make an attempt to call the store and speak to the manager either because they assume no liability and will direct you to contact either corporate or whatever delivery service delivered your food through the Taco Bell app. If you visit Pittsburgh, and want to tame your taco cravings, avoid the Taco Bell on Lebanon-Church Road. They really don’t care what they serve.
